Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and free of any signs of wear or alteration, with all original tags, certificates (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
Custom-made, engraved, personalized jewelry, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (such as change of mind, size selection, or style), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the return is due to a product quality issue, defect, or shipping damage, please contact us first with clear photos or videos for verification. Once confirmed, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, the item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags, certificates, and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
